These Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale and bulk orders placed with Highmour (highmourwholesale.com), a home décor brand based in Rajasthan, India. By confirming an order or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we sell to

This website is for trade buyers: retailers, e-commerce sellers, interior designers, hotels, cafés, corporate gifting buyers and exporters. Retail customers can shop at highmour.com.

2. Minimum order quantity

Our standard minimum order is 10 pieces. Some products or custom designs may have a different MOQ, which will be stated on the product page or in your quotation.

3. Quotations and pricing

  • Every order starts with a written quotation / proforma invoice listing products, quantities, prices, taxes and shipping.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST and shipping unless stated otherwise.
  • Quotations are valid for 7 days. Prices may change after that due to raw material or production costs.
  • GST-compliant tax invoices are issued for every order.

4. Payment terms

  • Ready stock: 100% advance payment before dispatch.
  • Custom orders (custom colours, sizes, prints, logos or designs): 50% advance to start production, and the remaining 50% before dispatch.
  • Production starts only after the advance is received. Orders are dispatched only after full payment.
  • Payment is accepted by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) or UPI. Bank details are shared on the proforma invoice.

5. Samples

Samples are available on a paid basis at 1.5× the wholesale price, plus shipping. Sample charges are not adjusted against later orders.

6. Custom orders

  • Custom designs, colours and logo work are confirmed in writing (or on WhatsApp) before production. Please check your approval carefully, as we produce exactly what is approved.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and the advance is non-refundable after that point.

7. Product variation

Our block-printed and hand-finished textiles are made by hand, and our 3D-printed décor is made layer by layer. Small variations in colour, print placement, texture and layer lines are a natural part of the process and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on screen.

8. Production and dispatch

Ready-stock textile orders (bedsheets, dohars and other textiles) are dispatched within 2 days of full payment, subject to the chosen designs being in stock. If the designs or quantity you need are not available from stock, we confirm a separate timeline before you order. Lead times for custom orders depend on quantity and design and will be confirmed in your quotation. 3D-printed lamps are made to order: small orders usually take 15–30 days, and large or multi-design orders can take up to 2 months. The exact timeline is confirmed with your quotation, before you finalise the order. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by festivals, material availability or courier delays.

9. Shipping

  • All shipping, freight and related charges (export packing, insurance, customs clearance, duties and taxes) are borne by the buyer.
  • Within India: shipping is charged at actual cost and shown on the invoice.
  • International: we ship worldwide. Freight rates are collected for each export shipment, so export quotations take a little longer to prepare. Please share your destination country, port or city, and quantities.
  • We offer both FOB and CIF terms. Under CIF, we arrange freight and insurance to your destination port and the cost is billed to you; under FOB, you arrange and pay for freight from the Indian port of loading.
  • Once goods are handed to the courier or transporter, responsibility for transit passes to the buyer. We recommend transit insurance for larger orders.

10. Returns and replacements

We do not accept returns. Replacements are offered only for manufacturing defects (printing issues or products damaged during manufacturing), as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Damage that happens during shipping is not covered.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and content on this website belong to Highmour. Trade buyers may use our product photographs to market and sell the products they buy from us, and may sell those products under their own brand name. Our designs may not be copied or reproduced for manufacturing by anyone else.

12. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the affected products in that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or business.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
